Regional Atlas
Our organs & structures work together (in some cases more efficiently than others) to create the human body. By dividing the human body into regions - head, trunk, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, shoulder & upper arm, forearm & hand, thigh, lower leg & foot - we can see these organs & structures in more detail, which, in relation to our gym training or sport, will help us identify muscle functions & how this determines our movement.
