Exercise Diagrams - Back
Similarly to the limb sections - arm exercises and leg exercises - it's necessary for me (Gym Professor) to divide the back exercises section into 3 further sub-categories in order to have a sensible length list of exercise diagrams. Plus, if you're stuck for an exercise example for a particular body part/ muscle group, this should be the easiest way to locate a suitable exercise. Remember, we also have the search bar (above) to find pages and exercise diagrams even quicker.
As regards training muscle groups evenly, please refer to the sample balanced gym routines that are listed on the gymprofessor.com website. Each exercise has a link to the relevant exercise diagram and highlights the primary muscle/s being worked.
