Cross Trainer Workouts

Below are links to various sample cross trainer cardio gym workouts. You may be more familiar with the term elliptical trainer, rather than cross trainer, due to the ellipse motion of this type of fitness equipment. Either way, the gym workouts below are the same. The order in which the cross trainer gym workouts appear reflects the difficulty of the workouts, ranging from low to high respectively, but, you can use any workout & alter it slightly to make it harder or easier (changing duration, work:rest ratio, incline, resistance etc.).

With the above in mind, it's worth noting that the standard pre-set workout programs on a home or commercial cross trainer can typically be altered (difficulty-wise) at the touch of a button.
