Cable Crunches
One of my favorite Ab exercises - Cable Crunches. Performed correctly, Cable Crunches can be used to great effect in combination (i.e. Tri-Set) with Hip Flexion and V-Sit-Ups.
As highlighted in our article How to get Six Pack Abs, do not use your momentum, and do not bring the weight too close, in order to shift a larger weight - you're just cheating yourself!
