Dumbbell Preacher Hammer Curls
A lot of peacher benches have bar rests in place, so Dumbbell Preacher Hammer Curls are not common gym exercise, however, if you fancy a variation from the norm, give them a go. Similarly to other preacher bench exercises, your shoulder muscles aren't needed to play as great a role in stabilizing the shoulder joint and the mid-point of the movement should feel tougher than performing the same exercise in an orthodox stance.
An inverted/neutral grip of a Hammer Curl is often preferred amongst female workouts in order to hit the Brachialis muscle, rather than Biceps Brachii specific exercises. This can help avoid against the look of a "peaky" bicep.
