EZ Bar Preacher Curls
EZ Bar Curls and EZ Bar Preacher Curls are probably the two most common exercises I see performed in the gym. Their popularity is due in part to them being great mass builders for the biceps muscle, but also because most men love to train their biceps. Remember to train your whole physique equally!
The above said, it's probably a good idea for me to point out that the hardest work your biceps will do is helping your back muscles to shift heavy loads during pulling exercises. When you're neglecting heavy back exercises in favor of the preacher curl bench, please keep this in mind!
