A gym favorite - the preacher bench. Great for hitting those biceps and can be used for barbell work (as shown), EZ Bar, Cables, Dumbbells.
Remember to perform preacher bench curls with a full-range-of-movement, as I see many people performing half-reps with too much weight, which is not good.
If you find the straight bar uncomfortable on your wrists, try a curl bar (EZ Bar) or GLOBE GRIPZ™.
