Tip: It's Stiff-Leg Deadlifts, not Straight-Leg Deadlifts. For good-form, your knees should have an ever-so-slight kink and remain stiff in this position, not straight!

Stiff-Leg Deadlifts, a much overlooked exercise for the Hamstrings (Leg Biceps) and lower back (Erectus Spinae). Your Hamstrings are a prime mover during extension of your hips, so, for good Hamstrings and to help avoid against Hamstring injuries, you should look to include Stiff-Leg Deadlifts within your training regime.
