Mid-Position

A great alternative to performing regular (both-leg) leg curls, perform them with one-leg instead. Great for the advanced athlete or for sports-specific workouts, such as a front-crawl swimmer.

One-Leg Leg Curls are best performed on a machine with an offset cam, rather than a centrally pivoted machine like that shown.
