One-Arm IBS Chest Press, another variation of a chest press.
One-Arm IBS Chest Press can be a sensible exercise option for say a boxer in the lead up to a fight. For the general trainer, it's yet another exercise variation :)

Primary Muscles: Pectoralis Major - Mid Sternal Fibres.
Secondary Muscles: Anterior Deltoids, Triceps, Serratus Anterior, Anconeus.
Stabilizing Muscles: Lateral Deltoids, Rectus Addominis, Transversus Abdominis, Forearm Flexors...
