Start & Finish Position
Your gym may have either a Pec Flye Machine (with handles, as shown) or a Pec Dec machine (with forearm pads). In short, the exercise is very similar to performing a Cable Flye/ Cable Crossover or Dumbbell Flye. The continued resistance offered by Pec Flye Machines and the "pump" that can be achieved, make them a gym favorite.
Superset suggestions include pre-exhaust or post-exhaust with a Vertical Chest Press Machine (or similar).
