Mid-Position

One of the important movements of the shoulder complex - elevation of the shoulder. Please keep good form during this exercise - remember, it's elevation of the shoulder we're after - do not arch your back, roll the weights up your legs, or bent your arms, simply in an attempt to lift more weight. Performed correctly, your traps should offer perfect control over the weight lifted.
