Exercise Diagrams - Legs

Leg Anatomy

The leg category's not going to be so easy to list as the other body parts. In the same way that I (Gym Professor) hope you don't neglect your leg exercises, I'm not going to neglect muscle groups and exercises primarily working those muscle groups. Therefore, I think it best to divide the leg exercises section into 4 separate categories, as listed below.

As regards training muscle groups evenly, please remember that sample balanced gym routines are listed on the gymprofessor.com website. Each exercise has a link to the relevant exercise diagram and highlights the primary muscle/s being worked.

Leg Exercises for:

Thighs (Quadriceps)
Leg Biceps (Hamstrings)
Inner and Outer Thigh (Adductors & Abductors)
Calves (Gastrocnemius & Soleus)
Bum Exercises (Glute Exercises)
