Online Personal Trainer - 12 week plan
Our (gymprofessor.com) most successful service to date - the 12 Week Plan - providing training and nutrition plans for a 12 week period, no matter what your goal. Unfortunately, its success was its downfall, as too many successful customers took up the service full time and, as mentioned under the main online personal trainer information category, this service has been discontinued to new members.
Good news though! In the not too distant future, I hope to be able to offer an automated (yet customised) online personal training facility, which'll have many personal trainers (selected by Gym Professor) to choose from. This inclusion of various personal trainers means that you'll be able to select a personal trainer that suits you, whether it's a specialist in your chosen field or one that better suits your personality. There's already some extremes of personal trainers on board for the project, for example, a young show jumper who's also a keen runner, a retired ex-navy PTI, and a natural bodybuilder. I (GP) will oversee training methods and provide the odd bit of advice.
