Static Fitness Tests


Measuring Waist.

Below are a list of static fitness tests. You probably will not have the time or equipment required to complete all of the tests, but, if you're performing these tests with a client, it may be an idea to make a note of all of them anyway and just place "future test option" by the tests you do not manage to complete. Remember, if you're performing these tests with a client, you should have a satisfactorily completed PAR-Q (health questionnaire), insurance, consent and undertake pre-test precautions.

Body Composition (Body fat percentage)

Body Mass Index (BMI)
Circumferential Measurements
Core Temperature

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
